Connecting to Contreli (Gong)

What's Contreli?

Contreli is an AI-assistant to CSMs. We track your customer interactions, analyze them, and come up with (interesting!) insights about what best to do next.



What data we collect

Through Gong’s integration, we collect your conference calls generic data, transcripts and gong-generated statistics, and decide which ones are customer-relevant and discard the rest (So we don't process any personal calls between you and your manager or peers which are not customer related).



What you need to do


First, before we start, the integration must be initiated and authorized by a Technical Administrator in your Gong organization.

Thus, the following steps should be made by a Technical Administrator.

The process itself:


Click on the link that you received in an email.


1. Log in to Gong with your credentials

    *This step is only necessary if you are logged out

2. Review the permissions we are asking for (Basically read-only access to your calls basic data, transcripts, and its gong-generated stats).

3. Click on “Allow”

What happens next?

Around 24h after you provide Contreli access your Contreli dashboard will be empowered by the new calls data and have a deeper understanding of each customer’s relationship.
