Salesforce Data Extraction

To extract your CRM data properly, Contreli needs you to create 3 simple Salesforce reports. These reports should be simple tabular reports without any totals, sub-totals or other "sophisticated" reporting techniques.

The reports we would need are as follows:

Customer Report

This report should present at least all of your active customers. It's also OK if they include churned customers (This will allow us to perform retrospective analysis).

Please include in the columns:
  1. Customer Name
  2. Assigned CSM
  3. Tier (Can be several columns that indicate the tier)
  4. Stage  (Can be several columns that indicate the stage)
  5. Financial value (Can be several columns that indicate the value - e.g. ARR and last 12 month's revenue)
  6. Renewal Date
Only Customer Name and assigned CSM are mandatory, but it is advisable to provide us with as much information as possible.

Contacts Report

This report should present all contacts of the customers you provided in the first report.

Please include the columns:
  1. Customer Name
  2. Email
  3. First Name
  4. Last Name
  5. CS Role (e.g. 'Decision Maker', 'Champion'). We support multiple roles per contact, if you maintain such information.
  6. Title
Only Customer Name and Email columns are mandatory.

Opportunity Report

This report should list all the business opportunities (possibly both past and pending) of your customers.

Columns should include:
  1. Customer Name
  2. Opportunity Name
  3. Opportunity Type (e.g. 'Renewal', 'Expansion')
  4. Close date (Or any other date column indicating the estimated due date for this opportunity)
  5. Stage (e.g. 'Negotiations', 'Closed Won')
  6. Amount
Only "Customer Name", "Close Date" and "Amount" are mandatory.

Communicating the information to contreli

When you are done, please email your Contreli contact the Salesforce ID of each report. You can find that in the URL of the report once you run it (See picture below).
